Bring Maui to your Market

We're on a mission to spread a taste of Maui, infused with the Aloha spirit, to all parts of the world - one guest, one salad and one community at a time. Our goal is to redefine the possibilities of farm-to-table cuisine as healthy, quick, convenient and affordable, so it can be enjoyed by everyone, every day.

Fork & Salad features tasty chef-inspired salads, sandwiches, soups, infused housemade teas and lemonades, organic kombucha on draft and more; no matter the location, we source as much of the produce as locally and organically as possible. We always keep health in mind, along with one of the most special places on earth: Maui, whose rich terrain and thriving farms inspired us to begin this mission and share it with the world. We have hosted local celebrities, notable chefs, a multitude of media personalities, government officials and respected business leaders, who all recognize the freshness, value and quality that make Fork & Salad an outstanding addition to any community!

  • Testimonials

"I will be honest, I am not a salad guy. I love anything to do with carbs, meat, chicken, and pork. However, Fork & Salad not only makes the freshest salads on the Island, but they are so tasty I find myself having lunch at Fork & Salad at least once a week during my lunch break. The choices are endless and the fact you can add chicken and other sources of protein to your salad is perfect for active lifestyles. Keep the Aloha and the great salads coming. Bottom line: Fork & Salad is fresh, hip, and a very tasty approach to eating delicious salads at a reasonable cost." - Jason
  • Testimonials

"We were excited to find a salad bar that is organic to boot! All the produce is organic supporting local farmers. I had the buckwheat noodle bowl with tofu. Everything was a nice blend of dressing, and sides. My friend built her own arugula salad with chicken as her protein. We recommend this wonderful place to anyone craving the best salad on Maui! Wish we had a Fork and Salad in Seattle!" - Esther H.
  • Testimonials

"I got the Thai salad with tofu, and my boyfriend made his own salad and got a tomato bisque. Everything was fresh, flavorful and just flat out delicious. The staff were friendly although they were busy and were quick to answer questions and give advice. There were so many options for toppings and I would seriously eat here every day if I could." - Noel P
