Bring Maui to your Market

Overview

We're on a mission to spread a taste of Maui, infused with the Aloha spirit, to all parts of the world - one guest, one salad and one community at a time. Our goal is to redefine the possibilities of farm-to-table cuisine as healthy, quick, convenient and affordable, so it can be enjoyed by everyone, every day.

Fork & Salad features tasty chef-inspired salads, sandwiches, soups, infused housemade teas and lemonades, organic kombucha on draft and more; no matter the location, we source as much of the produce as locally and organically as possible. We always keep health in mind, along with one of the most special places on earth: Maui, whose rich terrain and thriving farms inspired us to begin this mission and share it with the world. We have hosted local celebrities, notable chefs, a multitude of media personalities, government officials and respected business leaders, who all recognize the freshness, value and quality that make Fork & Salad an outstanding addition to any community!

  • Testimonials

“9am on a Sunday morning, this place is one of the few lively booths in Dekalb Market Hall while the others are still waking up from slumber. A short line of early birds waiting to get their breakfast savories, pastries, and coffee - and delicious they all are! My smoked salmon bun was heated up in the back, melting the whipped dill cream cheese and toasting the brioche bun to just the right degree of flakiness. Wide selection of breakfast sweets in the bakery section and the coffee is great too. The quiche and croissants look extra buttery and flaky. Lovely place to start your morning off or to pick up a mid afternoon snack!” -Yang
  • Testimonials

“4 stars for the flaky, buttery perfect pain au chocolat I had here early one Saturday morning. Well worth it. Plus it always feels nicer seeing bread freshly made and on display. I'm sure I'll return since it lures me over whenever I try to make it to Trader Joe's.” - Racquel B
  • Testimonials

“I would give Cafe D'Avignon six stars if it was possible! This is the best place in DeKalb Market. Quality: I've come a few times and the breads are so good. On almost every occasion, they had freshly baked breads and plenty of samples to try. I still dream about the raisin pecan loaf.” - Brandon P
  • Testimonials

“The word that describes the experience here is "fresh". The baked goods literally roll out of the oven and into the assorted displays -- and you have to grab them up before they're gone in the morning rush! The coffee is strong and balanced and he staff are polite and sweet.” - Stacey M
