Fork & Salad features tasty chef-inspired salads, sandwiches, soups, infused housemade teas and lemonades, organic kombucha on draft and more; no matter the location, we source as much of the produce as locally and organically as possible. We always keep health in mind, along with one of the most special places on earth: Maui, whose rich terrain and thriving farms inspired us to begin this mission and share it with the world. We have hosted local celebrities, notable chefs, a multitude of media personalities, government officials and respected business leaders, who all recognize the freshness, value and quality that make Fork & Salad an outstanding addition to any community!

We're looking for partners who want to grow with us as we become the largest and fastest-growing healthy Hawaiian fast-casual concept in the U.S. Potential franchisees will be restauranteurs with experience running multi-unit restaurant chains who are looking to capitalize on the next big thing and provide customers with fresh, convenient, healthy food wrapped in "The Aloha Spirit" of Maui and the Hawaiian Islands.


We are looking for multi-unit franchisees or well-capitalized investors with:

  • Relevant franchising or food and beverage experience
  • $1 Million net worth
  • $500,000 liquid capital available for investment
  • Ready to develop a minimum of 5 Units
